 Employment security survey

We speak to people every day who are concerned about job security and income security. To help us understand these issues better, we're running a short survey to help us learn more about the experiences of local people who are in work or looking for work.

If you want to take part, you can complete the survey online, it only takes 3 minutes and we don't ask you for any personal information.

Universal Credit survey - Research & Campaigns

We are researching the difficulties experienced by our clients in respect of claiming and managing on Universal Credit. For further information see ‘Our Campaigns’

In addition, we are currently doing a survey asking our clients how Universal Credit is affecting them.

If you would like to take part you can complete the survey online, it only takes 5 minutes and we don't ask you for any personal information.

 Courier Fraud Awareness Month

In most cases of courier fraud, a fraudster phones their victim and claims to be from their bank, the police or other law enforcement authority.

They then con the victim into revealing their PIN and credit or debit card details. Sadly, the most common victims of courier fraud are the elderly.

Please click here for more information about Courier fraud and how to protect yourself.
