Welcome to Citizens Advice Sutton

We are a registered charity that provides information and advice to the residents of the London Borough of Sutton.

We work in partnership with Age UK Sutton and Sutton Carers Centre as part of Advice Link Partnership Sutton. The Advice Link Partnership Sutton website and phone number, 0208 254 2616, give you access to a range of local and national services, including our own.

The best way to contact us is online at We will then  telephone you back as soon as possible. This maybe from a withheld number as many of our staff and volunteers are working from home.  If you are unable to leave a web enquiry, you can contact Citizens Advice Sutton on 020 8405 3552 between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday.  We  are providing a limited drop-in service in our Sutton office. People who cannot access our service by telephone or online can visit our Sutton office (under the Central Library, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, SM1 1EA) Monday to Friday 10.00 am to 3.00 pm. We will resume normal  face to face services  when it is safe for us to do so.

Please click here for more infomation on our service during the Covid-19 pandemic.

We have compiled a set of Frequently Asked Questions on issues related to Coronavirus.  We will endeavour  to keep this document up to date.

Volunteering at Citizens Advice Sutton

Volunteers are at the heart of the Citizens Advice Sutton service.  We usually have about 60 active volunteers supporting our service in a variety of roles. In 2019/20, our very diverse team of volunteers provided over 18,000 hours of time to supporting Sutton residents. Our volunteers handled thousands of enquiries and provided over one thousand face to face appointments. See our volunteering at Citizens Advice Sutton page for more information.
