Welcome to Citizens Advice Sutton

We are a registered charity that provides information and advice to the residents of the London Borough of Sutton.

We work in partnership with Age UK Sutton and Sutton Carers Centre as part of Advice Link Partnership Sutton. The Advice Link Partnership Sutton website and phone number, 0208 254 2616, give you access to a range of local and national services, including our own.

CORONAVIRUS

We have suspended the drop in service and the face to face service in both our offices. We will resume normal service when it is safe for us to do so.

We are delivering our service by telephone and online to comply with the official advice to reduce levels of interaction between people.

The best way to contact us is online at . We will then contact you back as soon as possible. This maybe from a withheld number as we are running the service remotely.

If you are unable to leave a web enquiry, you can contact Citizens Advice Sutton on 020 8405 3552 between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. Please be aware that the capacity of this service is reduced.

 Employment security survey

We speak to people every day who are concerned about job security and income security. To help us understand these issues better, we're running a short survey to help us learn more about the experiences of local people who are in work or looking for work.

If you want to take part, you can complete the survey online, it only takes 3 minutes and we don't ask you for any personal information.

Universal Credit survey - Research & Campaigns

We are researching the difficulties experienced by our clients in respect of claiming and managing on Universal Credit. For further information see ‘Our Campaigns’

In addition, we are currently doing a survey asking our clients how Universal Credit is affecting them.

If you would like to take part you can complete the survey online, it only takes 5 minutes and we don't ask you for any personal information.
