We are an independent local charity and all of our services are free. Every year the demand for advice services increases and we need the support of our clients and the public so that we can continue to make a difference to the people of Sutton.
You can support us by donating, leaving us a legacy or volunteering.
Even a small donation can make a difference, for instance by paying the travel expenses for a volunteer adviser. We try to make Citizens Advice Sutton as efficeint as possible, so that as much of our income as possible is spend on directly helping clients and minimising expenditure on management and overheads. We run our services with a combintation of paid staff and volunteers. Almost every member of our team directly supports the provision of advice. If you would like to make donation - but please don't donate if you can't easily spare the money - you can do so here. We really apperciate donations but completely understand if you are not able to donate.
Leaving a legacy
Gifting us a percentage of your estate in your will can help secure our long-term future, ensuring that your family and community won't have to face their problems alone.
You can add us to a new will or update an existing will with a codicil. Some people are entitled to free professional wills and schemes such as Free Wills Month can give you a free solicitor-drafted will. You can read about both in the Money Saving Expert guide to free and cheap wills.
If you have any questions about leaving us a gift in your will, please contact us. You can find the details needed to identify us on the Charity Commission website.
