Volunteering with us
Volunteering at Citizens Advice Sutton
Volunteers are at the heart of our service. They are often the first point of contact with clients either by phone or face-to-face, and this initial contact is then backed up with more in-depth advice and casework as necessary by our generalist and specialist advisers.
We have over 50 active volunteers, who after an intensive programme of training tailored to the role they will be taking on, advise and assist clients to resolve their problems.
Our aim is to create a team that reflects the community we serve, and we welcome applications from all backgrounds. We recruit volunteers regularly and advertise opportunities on our website, so keep an eye our here for this. If you have any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and the Volunteer Coordinator will respond.
