Volunteering with us
Volunteers are at the heart of our service. They are often the first point of contact with clients either by phone or face-to-face, and this initial contact is then backed up with more in-depth advice and casework as necessary by our generalist and specialist advisers. We will provide full training and ongoing support - all we ask in return is your enthusiusm, commitment, good communication and IT skills, a willingness to learn and subscribe to our principles and values. In return, you will have the opportunity to improve your skills, knowledge and make a difference to your community.
