Healthwatch Sutton survey
Healthwatch Sutton are your local consumer champion for health and social care services. They gather the views and experiences of people in Sutton and provide feedback to decision makers in order to ensure that local people have a strong voice in the delivery and design of the services that matter most.
Over the last five years we’ve worked with Healthwatch Sutton to help people resolve issues with health and social care services and we are currently helping them promote their What Matters to You survey, an ongoing project that gives you the opportunity to share your experiences and to inform the work they undertake to shape and improve services.
You can complete the survey online or by downloading the paper copy at the bottom of the page and sending it to:
Granfers Community Centre
73-79 Oakhill Road
This is a freepost address, so you don’t need to use a stamp, and you can complete the survey multiple times if you want to give feedback about different types of services.
The information you provide is anonymous and any identifiable information will be kept confidential.
