Our call centre is open 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. You can call us on 0208 405 3552 for information or to arrange an appointment. You can also call Advice Link Partnership Sutton on 0208 254 2616 for access to a range of local and national services, including our own.
Our call centre is often in high demand and we don't use a queue so that you avoid additional call costs. If you don't get through the first time, it's best to call back in ten minutes or to contact us online. If your issue isn't urgent you may want to try calling on a Thursday or Friday when demand is lower and it's easier to get through.

Face to face
We are currently, during the coronavirus pandemic, running a limited drop in service from our Sutton office (underneath the Central Library, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, SM1 1EA). Our Sutton office is open for people who cannot contact us online or by telephone, 10.00 am to 3.00 pm Monday to Friday.
